Namecheap - Nice Registrar with good promotions (Coupon inside)
I’ve always had a few problems when using paypal on godaddy, so I tried namecheap. They have a nice clean site, not over crowded like godaddy. Going through the registration process was simple and I didn’t have to decline dozens of offers like on Goddady. They have a good promotion on at the moment (since February 2006 until ???) that gives you WHOIS protection for free which is pretty cool. Also, I managed to find a coupon;

Overall, a pleasant experience, I will be using them again.
